After being let out in groups, school nurse Erika Almquist and science teacher Kevin Hausmann run the 5k fundraiser in support for autism awareness. The 5k was planned by Chick-Fil-A leadership academy students.

Many showed up to support the fundraiser for autism. There was an option to do either the 5k or a mile.

Chick-Fil-A leadership academy students checked people into the race and gave the runners a free shirt thanking them for their donation.
