What’s something most students wouldn’t know about you?
“I like to do arts and crafts, like painting.”
How do you prepare for the school day in the morning?
“I like to get as much as I can done the night before and get here early so I can get organized.”
What’s your favorite part about being a teacher?
“Building relationships with the kids and that every day’s different and every day’s a fresh start and you get to redo or try something new.“
If you could have any other job, what would you choose?
“I could never work in an office… Full-time coaching would be nice. Anything working with kids where I’m not stuck in a cubicle.”
When was the last time you climbed a tree?
“I don’t think I’ve ever climbed a tree. It’s been a while. I’m also very uncoordinated so I’d definitely hurt myself.”
