OPINION: Brady is the Greatest Of All Time

With the AFC championship and a Tom Brady-Peyton Manning face-off days away, it is clear that Brady rules

Tom Brady is the GOAT, the Greatest Of All Time; it cannot be denied anymore and the world must finally accept Brady as the quarterback god that he truly is.  Brady is the only quarterback in the history of the NFL to reach six Super Bowls and is one of three to win four, with another on the way.  Tom Terrific has the stats and the clutch plays to prove that he is the best, better than quarterbacks with any number of Super Bowl wins.

In order to be considered the GOAT, it is only logical that you need to have won multiple Super Bowl’s.  Peyton Manning is the king choke artist and has never had the ability to win games when the pressure is on.  Brett Favre is a similar case, he threw just as many interceptions as he did touchdowns over the course of his career.  The only other guys in this group are the likes of Kurt Warner, Len Dawson, and Joe Theismann.  Nobody in their right mind would tell you that these three bums could hope to compete with Brady, except for a Jets fan, who is simply tired of losing to him.

John Elway, Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman, Ben Roethlisberger, Bart Starr and Eli Manning.  None of them could hope to be Tom’s water boy in a game of the greatest football players ever.  None of them have four, count em’, four Super Bowl rings and none of them were able to snag a wife like supermodel Gisele Bundchen.  John Elway lost three times in the Super Bowl, whereas Brady won his first three.  Elway appeared in five and Brady appeared in six.  It took Elway one less try to lose one more than Brady.  Staubach, Roethlisberger and Starr, who are we kidding, none of them are the goat. That leaves Troy Aikman, and the punchable face of Eli Manning.  Combined they have gotten to five Super Bowls whereas Brady has gotten to six, this means they have lost countless games leading up to the Super Bowl.  Also, to all the Giants fans that like to brag about Eli beating Tom, the Redskins are making the playoffs this year over the Giants, THE REDSKINS!

Now onto the only other quarterbacks that have won four Super Bowls, Joe Montana and that other guy that nobody really cares about, I think his last name is Bradshaw.  Both of these guys played in the era before salary caps, this means that their teams could be stacked beyond ridiculousness, they could pay their hall of fame team as much as they wanted and only ever had to worry about a few other teams each year.  Montana had Jerry rice, Bradshaw had a hall of fame defense and Brady had this guy named Deion Branch who couldn’t spell football without Tom Brady’s help.  The stats do not lie, Brady has the best postseason stats.  Tom Terrific has the record for most playoff wins, and most playoff games played.  Not to forget that both of these numbers would be larger if the Patriots weren’t so damn good, getting the first week bye most years.  Brady has more wins in the postseason than that guy named Bradshaw has postseason games played.

Brady is the GOAT, there is no denying it.  He has the best postseason record, he married a supermodel, and has the most Super Bowl appearances and wins for a quarterback.  He is the best and even though those who are lesser than him constantly complain about how he cheats and that there is no way a person should have that much skill and have a wife like Gisele, we all know that Tom Brady is the GOAT.
