2014-15 Recap

8-3 regular season record and third place in league

League all-stars were 2014-15 juniors Patrick Sullivan, Max Michaud, Jake Gore, and Matthew Burmeister

Gore won first in the 600 meter

“Last season had a lot of good underclassmen, but it was a recovery season because the year before we had lost a lot of really strong seniors,” Gore said. “We definitely had lost some essential people to our team’s success so it took hard work to work through that.”

Outlook for 2015-16

According to Gore, the boys this year are focusing on getting closer as a team and getting better together rather than just focusing on individual events.

“We have a good shot at doing even better this season,” Gore said.

According to senior mid-distance runner and jumper Max Michaud the boys are “powerhouse running machines with unseen potential,” and they are going to be an indoor team to reckon with.

“We have a lot of talent in the senior class and we have some pretty good freshmen coming up this year too,” Michaud said.

“Depending on how healthy everyone stays we could do really well,” Gore said. “I mean we didn’t lose a ton of seniors, and we had a lot of juniors and sophomores last year so they are all going to be getting better this season.”
