Senior captains Casey Reynolds and Ruide Bu

“Well, for the girls [junior] Shelby Morrison is really good, [along with junior] Jessie Delouis and Megan Nelligan is a really good freshman. She’s really fun,” senior captain Casey Reynolds said. “For boys, Ray is pretty good.”

Outlook for 2015-16

“There are a lot of team skiers out with injuries, but we’ll push through,” Reynolds said.

“It’s kind of tough with 60 degree weather,” Hey said. “Hopefully it’s going to get cold. We have a good turnout of kids, and we’ll see how well they do.”

“If we don’t practice before we ski in a race that’s not good and if Ski Ward doesn’t open we won’t have races,” Reynolds said.

“I am not worried about the potential of no snow. Last year was a weak December as well, if you remember,” senior Michael Guay said. “When there’s no snow we practice on the track. It’s… well… not as fun as skiing, let’s just say that.”

“We haven’t got as much practice as we would like, but we hope to catch up when the snow comes,” senior captain Ruide Bu said.

“St. John’s is always has good skiers on their team,” Bu said. “On the girls’ side Westboro always has tough competitors.”

“The hardest competitor will be ourselves. Watch out CMass,” Guay said.

Must See Meet

“Westboro. All of our races are against all the teams, so any one would be good to watch,” Reynolds said.
