Senior attacker Caden Hansen explained the team morale that benefited their dominant win.
What do you think contributed to the team’s 5-3 win for their home opener?
“I think we played really well, passed the ball and used a lot a teamwork,” Hansen said. “Overall it was a great win for the community and for the team.”
What was it like to play on the new turf field for the first time?
“It’s definitely special to be a new part of Algonquin history, and to get a win on [the field] was even better,” Hansen said.
