How do you feel about being committed?

“I’m really excited about it because I didn’t have the stress of regular college applications and this has been my dream for a long time to play on a college team, so I’m thrilled.”

What made you choose the school you’re committed to?

“I just fit in the best with the team. I was visiting other schools as well but I thought the coach was really nice, and I fit in well with the other players. I also liked the location, and it’s a good school with a good pre-med program, which is what I’m interested in.”

What does it mean to you to play a sport in college?

“I feel like the best part about playing a sport in college is that you can represent the school and show pride in the college that you’re playing for. It’s also a way to contribute to the college community; my way would be through sports.”

What made you choose the school you’re committed to?

“I chose Kenyon because I absolutely fell in love with its beautiful campus and being able to have the ability to receive a great education while continuing to play the sport that I love. The atmosphere on campus is perfect and the culture and community feel of the team is right for me.”

What does it mean to you to play a sport in college?

“It means the world to me. It has always been my dream to play lacrosse at the collegiate level and to actually have the opportunity to show me that all my many years of hard work and dedication has paid off.”

How do you feel about being committed?

“I feel great about being committed, it definitely takes weight off my shoulders and makes me a little less stressed as far as the college search. That being said I still really have to be on top of school work though.”

What made you choose the school you’re committed to?

“I chose Merrimack because I fell in love with campus, the people and the program. It had everything I really wanted in a college and that fact that it’s also Division I athletics means I’ll have a lot of structure and responsibilities that will hold me accountable so I don’t get distracted from the bigger picture.”

What does it mean to you to play a sport in college?

“To play a sport in college means to me that I am taking my passion and everything I’ve worked for in the past four years to the next level and really starting to learn how to apply sports with an independent lifestyle. I think it’s gonna be a great experience and keep me on my toes.”
