Want to see a fairy tale play with a murder mystery twist all while eating dinner and being immersed in the action? DECA Life-Skills is hosting an exciting fundraiser in the Algonquin cafeteria on Friday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m.

Tickets are being sold for 25 dollars directly from the ARHS main office or online. All proceeds will go to the DECA Life Skills program. The ticket price includes dinner of chicken marsala with sides including roasted potatoes and veggies with cake for desert, and a play being performed live for all attending.

Life-Skills DECA adviser and cooking teacher Zbigniewa Giegucz explained that the play will be performed by the DECA club members and the story itself is full of plot-twists, having to do with a missing Cinderella, a ball hosted by Prince Charming and a murder mystery.

Giegucz says the interactive event is not one to miss.

“The audience has a participating role,” Giegucz said and she explained it is up to the audience to discover who the murderer is.

Doors open at 5:30 for an exciting night of folk-tale fun.
