With a second left on the shot clock, senior captain Nick Redden inbounds the ball to freshman Alex Karaban for an easy basket, securing the boys’ basketball team’s win over Belmont 84-79 on January 6 at TD Garden.

The girls’ basketball team kept it close until the very end with a 63-47 loss to Nashoba.  However, every girl on the team had a chance to play at TD Garden.

“For all of us, it was really an exciting experience because we’re all really big Celtics fans,” junior Simone Fiore said.  “Being able to play on the same court as professional players was really cool for us, and getting the full professional experience almost was unforgettable.”
