REVIEW: Linguine’s provides wide variety of delicious Italian foods
February 22, 2018
The website of the family-owned Linguine’s Italian Eatery states, “the quality of the food is only surpassed by the impeccable service,” but after eating there, I wholeheartedly disagree. The service is poorly carried out by adults who have a constant look saying, “I’m annoyed, please leave” on their faces. During my most recent experience at Linguine’s, our waitress failed to bring dishes for our pizza, leaving us to retrieve them on our own.
Poor service aside, the food is magnificent. Being vegetarian, I am pleased to have a wide range of delicious food to order such as meat-free pastas, pizzas, and salads. As my personal favorite, the pizza satisfies a craving for the perfect balance of cheese and tomato sauce with warm, soft crust that will excite your taste buds with every bite. Starting at $9.95 for a 16-inch pie, you get more than you pay for with this menu option. Not only does it taste excellent, but it was prepared quickly.
Along with vegetarian options, Linguine’s has a separate menu for those who are gluten sensitive. Complete with pastas, salads, and chicken dishes, Linguine’s does not fail on having variety. This restaurant also offers a children’s section in the menu that provides children’s portion, making this an ideal place for families to go out to eat.
Not only is Linguine’s a great family restaurant for all ages, but the dimmed lights and Italian delicacies provide for a romantic setting. This is the perfect place to make a reservation for date with your significant other; it will be a sentimental and memorable dinner.
With beautiful flowers along the outside window sills and walkway, Linguine’s appears to be a welcoming and small, but comfortable and fulfilling trattoria. Complete with a large parking lot and a sheltered entryway, this restaurant has it all.
Whether you have a plentiful party or need a table for two, Linguine’s accommodates all. Though lacking a comfortable waiting area for the busy hours, each table inside is spacious and there is never a crumb left from the previous diner. When the main tables fill up, visitors will spill into an extra room that seats sixty. This room is also the prime spot for hosting private birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, or large family dinners.
