Do you feel it is beneficial or necessary for Algonquin to have a new athletic complex? Why or why not? 

“I do believe it’s beneficial for Algonquin to have a new athletic complex for many reasons. I feel like it’s safer and it will help our sports teams be more competitive. Also the ADA compliance stands will help lots of people. I also think when you look at schools around us they all have very nice athletic complexes and turf fields.”

What concerns do you have regarding Gonkplex? 

“I don’t have many concerns but maybe money. People might not want to pay and then I have heard some people that think the turf field might cause injuries.”

What are you most excited about regarding the potential new athletic complex? 

“I would have to say the new football field. My friends and I sometimes play football there just for fun, but then also being able to watch the games… Better stands and also the concession stands.”
