“Precalculus. It’s a lot of work.”

“Graduating.”

“For one, I got cast as a major role in the school musical and I got selected for Jazz Band 1 as well.”

“Choir, I love singing. It’s always a great day when I get to go to choir.”

“Definitely AP Music Theory. In general, it’s very different from any other academic ‘thing’ I’ve studied.”

“I’m looking forward to just having some fun this year.”

“Mr. Bevan’s initiative of community and school spirit. It has been missing from Algonquin. There is a lot to be proud of.”

“English class. I am an English teacher, so I liked English class.”

“Chemistry was my hardest class. I wasn’t very interested, so I didn’t apply myself.”

What are you looking forward to this year?

“Helping out coaching the basketball program…I always look forward to the culture, and I like to go to games.”

“Algonquin is a great place to be. This year is no different.”

“AP Literature. I dropped it because it was so challenging because analyzing old texts was very difficult.”

“I’m looking forward to all the senior events and getting to come together for all the things like winter ball.”

“Our school spirit has been really good. I’m excited that people are starting to go to the football games again and I don’t know the energy in school seems good.”

“I teach all seniors, so they’re definitely my favorite and I’m the senior class advisor and they’ve been really fun and competitive to have in class this year.”

“I am looking forward to another year of making memories and also keeping some strong traditions alive, like the student-faculty basketball game, carnival, and just having an exciting year.”
