Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock

As a high school student, getting a good night’s sleep can be difficult sometimes, but this app has helped me feel more rested when I wake up.
“Sleep Cycle” is not a normal alarm clock; it tracks your sleep patterns to wake you up at an optimal time. “Sleep Cycle” wakes you within a 20-30 minute gap depending on what type of sleep you are in. The app wakes you during light sleep, so you feel more rested than you would in deep sleep.
When you wake up, the app creates detailed graphs about your sleep which give insights into your sleep patterns and when you were in deep sleep versus light sleep.
